1. How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking at least 4 weeks before your wedding to ensure time for revisions.
2. How long does it take to receive our intro? Standard delivery is 7 days after we receive your details. Need it sooner? Ask about our rush option!
3. Can we request changes after receiving our intro? Yes! One round of revisions is included in your package. Additional changes may come with a small fee.
4. How do we receive our final intro? Your intro will be sent as a high-quality audio file via email, ready to be played by your DJ.
5. Can we get our intro on a physical USB? Yes! We offer a premium USB package, perfect for keepsakes.

Pricing & Payment

1. How much does an Original Wedding Intro cost? Our intros are €200, which includes an unlimited amount of revisions & edits.
2. Do you offer refunds? Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once production has started. However, we’ll work with you to ensure you're happy!
3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments through our website.

Technical & DJ Information

1. How do we give the intro to our DJ? We provide a universal audio file (usually mp3) that works on all DJ setups. Simply forward the file to your DJ or Wedding coordinator before the wedding.
2. Will you communicate with our DJ directly? We recommend that you handle sending the file, but we’re happy to provide technical guidance if needed.
