How far in advance should we book? Ideally 4 weeks before your wedding to allow time for revisions.
How long does it take to receive our intro? Standard delivery is 7 days after we receive your details. Rush options available!
Can we request changes? Yes—unlimited revisions are included.
How do we receive our final intro? A high-quality MP3 file will be sent to your email, ready to play.
Can we get our intro on a USB? Yes! We offer a premium USB add-on for keepsakes.

How much does it cost? Our intros are €200 and include unlimited edits.
Do you offer refunds? As the work is custom-made, we can’t offer refunds once production begins—but we’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments via our website.

How do we give the intro to our DJ? We provide a universal MP3 file. Just forward it to your DJ or wedding coordinator.
Will you contact our DJ directly? We recommend you share the file, but we’re happy to help with tech support if needed.
